Human activities, generally, and land development, in particular, result in impacts to the environment – be it water, air and/or soil impacts.  In turn, impacts to our environment impact living organisms, not least of which, humans.

Environmental 4sight examines a land-use strategy’s prospective environmental impacts – metric tons of carbon emissions, gallons of storm-water runoff, cubic yards of compacted or eroded soil, etc., - and suggests modifications, where appropriate, to mitigate land-use impacts, to the greatest extent possible.
