Social 4thought analyses is designed to identify the planning area’s existing social needs (workforce housing, improved accessibility to full-service supermarkets, more licensed childcare facilities for working families, available open space acreage) and identify ways in which one or more proposed land-use strategies may adequately address these social needs..
